Were fortunate to have inherited a vast array of fruit trees and canes, which means we have some gloriously mature and productive sources of top and soft fruit. Inevitably, some of these have begun to reach the end of their productive lives, so we have set in motion a replacement programme with the emphasis on flavour and, where possible, prolific cropping.
